Programs

Five programs. One thesis.

Every program at the Institute shares a single spine: David Teece’s dynamic capabilities framework — sensing, seizing, and transforming as disciplines, not metaphors. The programs differ in scope and depth. The argument is the same in all of them.

Faculty are AI twins built from the published work of named scholars, operating under the academic supervision of a human faculty-of-record. They are available between modules for office-hour conversations, not just during scheduled sessions. This is not a recorded-lecture library. The faculty are present.

Faculty: David Teece · Charles O’Reilly

Program

Building on the Dynamic Experts Platform

The advanced-agentic capstone. Turn the concepts into working systems on our platform — and leave with your own credential and identity NFT.

Self-paced · Hands-on labs · 14 modules · Executive · Advanced

All programs share the same faculty panel and the same diagnostic framework. The flagship program covers the full architecture. The specialist programs are designed for participants who have already built the conceptual foundation and want depth in a single domain.

AI Faculty — Disclosure

AI Instructor

You are interacting with an AI instructor.

The instructor in this experience is an AI digital twin — not a human in real time. The course curriculum is authored and supervised by a named human PhD faculty-of-record.

The voice, video, text, and feedback you see and hear from the instructor in this program are generated by our AI. You are not speaking with a real person in real time.

The underlying course curriculum, learning objectives, rubrics, and grading standards are authored and supervised by a named human PhD faculty-of-record. Your Certificate of Completion is issued under their supervision.

Our AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Treat the instructor’s answers as a starting point for your own thinking, not as professional legal, medical, financial, tax, or investment advice.

Conversations with the AI instructor and your study-buddy AI are recorded, transcribed, and may be reviewed by the human faculty-of-record for quality assurance and academic supervision. See the program privacy notice for details.

Faculty-of-record: Prof. David Teece, PhD, Strategy

Every program

What is included in every program.

No program at the Institute is a content library with an assessment bolted on. Each one is structured around a live diagnostic practice. These are the components common to all five.

Source-faithful AI faculty

Each program is taught by AI twins drawn directly from the published work of named scholars. They operate in office hours between modules — available to challenge your thinking on your timetable, not theirs.

Decision-rehearsal studios

Every module ends with a structured decision studio: a live scenario in your sector, worked through the diagnostic framework. The faculty twin challenges your reasoning. You document your judgment, not your recall.

Written reflections reviewed by a human

Reflections are scored against a published rubric and reviewed by the named human faculty-of-record. A named person reads your work. A named person signs your certificate.

An on-chain certificate

Completion generates a cryptographically verifiable certificate — immutable, portable, independently confirmable without a registrar call. Your achievement is on record.

A verifiable digital credential you own

Every participant receives a verifiable digital credential and identity on our platform. It is yours — not held on our behalf, not revocable by us. It travels with you wherever our platform is recognised.

Sensing is not simply scanning. It is the capacity to identify threats and opportunities before they are obvious — and to understand why they matter.David J. Teece — Dynamic Capabilities and Strategic Management
